Most accessory orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order. Custom parts may take longer. Shipping verification will be sent via email when the order is shipped. Custom carts are built to order and will take about 4 weeks for delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All custom cart orders are final. Satisfaction guaranteed for all parts and accessories. If not completely satisfied with accessories, send item back for full refund or exchange. Emerald Coast Classic Carts will not pay for return shipping.

Q. What are the prices of the Streetrod carts?

A. Call for pricing. The Streetrod is custom built to your color and uphostory specifications. All carts are hand built and do not come through an automated assembly line. Of course the cost will be higher than a standard cart; however, if you are looking for one of the most amazing carts on the market, built with pride in the USA, with the highest quality parts and accessories added, you will not find a better value!

Q. Are the carts street legal?

A. No. The carts can be easily turned into a low speed vehicle (LSV) with the addition of seatbelts and additional reflectors. Each state has different requirements. I cannot sell Streetrods as street legal but will help you get yours legal if required. I cannot guarantee that the state will legalize your cart after purchase. Please remember that I can only sell as a golf cart.

Q. What is the freight cost of a Streetrod?

A. Carts can be shipped worldwide. I will provide a quote based on destination prior to your order.

Q. When I buy a Streetrod, who can service it?

A. The Streetrod is built on a new aluminum Club Car chassis. You will register your cart with Club Car after you purchase it. Your local Club Car dealer will accomplish all warranty work.

Q. Do you offer financing for Streetrods?

A. Financing and lease options can be arranged for custom carts. If paying by personal funds, all custom orders require 50% down upon order, and the balance is due before the cart is shipped from the factory.
